Trainer Check-ins

  • Weeks 1,3,6,9 and 12 via Facebook messenger.
  • Your opportunity to ask questions directly to me in a scheduled time spot every three weeks.
  • Will allow me to give correctional cues to aid your training, work through any trouble areas, and to keep your motivated and accountable to the program.
  • Video check-ins require you to video your movements and send to me prior to our scheduled appointment trainer check-in time.

The best part of this program is that you and I can still connect trainer to client and still get the personal service that your would usually get through PT.

 

Using the trainer check in’s in weeks 1,3,6,9, and 12 we can go over specific technique trouble areas for you and I will provide training cues, tips and motivation for you to work with.

 

From week one on wards you will have access to our VIP Facebook group  for extra training, diet and motivation tips from myself and others in the group.

 

Connection is so important, so I aim to provide you with all the tools you need to have a great 12 week strength training program.

What can I expect

There are 3 training phases over the 12 weeks:

Foundation Training Learn the foundation principles, start building your alignment, core strength and a base for your technique. We’ll go over barbell basics & confidence builders and micro goal setting.

Strength Training Progress and develop muscles and lifting movements like barbell squats, deadlifts and more. Exercise techniques video 101 lessons.

Fitness & CORE conditioning This will combine alongside the end of the strength phase to help you get into the best physical shape you can. Train like an athlete to look and feel your best. This phase will also include extra mobility work and a recovery guide.

I’m worried I’m not fit enough! Yet….

The program does start from a beginner perspective in order to gain the correct technique and gains. So it is IDEAL FOR ANYONE looking to either start or learn and ADD MORE BODY AWARENESS to their training.

There will be levels of progression for more advanced exercises and the videos will demonstrate how to identify where you are at, so you can work on that version of the exercise until your strength and movement quality increases.

I have been fit and active all my life. After pursing a professional ballet career and moved into personal training and have been helping ladies transform for 8 years now.

 

I love strength training and running and have enjoyed progressing my own training and fitness education to provide my clients personal experience and the bet possible service I can provide.

 

Cert 3 & 4 Fitness, First Aid, Punch-fit qualified, Mat Pilates, Pre and Post Natal, Motivational techniques, Diploma in Classical Studies, Diploma of Dance.
